Bellinger Farms has been growing the renowned Hermiston Watermelons since 1941, when Ed and Ethel Bellinger settled in this Eastern Oregon community and began raising their family. The cattle spend summer months on pasture and are given locally-grown hay during the winter. They never receive antibiotics or added hormones, and never enter a feedlot. We age our beef a minimum of 21 days, and deliver bulk orders to Portland each fall.

Our signature product is Dried Cherries & Chocolate, a pairing of our organic dried Royal Ann cherries covered in high quality milk or dark chocolate. My Italian sausages are made mostly from locally raised animals. All meat comes from pigs that receive no growth hormones, and only minimal amounts of antibiotics to ensure health when they are young. The meat is chopped (not ground) for optimal texture. ONly locally, custom mixed spices, salt, and garlic are added to make what I feel are the finest products of their kind in the Pacific Northwest.
