Community Booth Request

Portland Farmers Market (PFM) proudly offers booth space at our three neighborhood markets (King, Kenton and Lents International Farmers Markets) to non-profit or community-serving groups and organizations to engage with shoppers and provide information about their work to improve the community.

Please read the steps below to learn how your group/organization can submit a request for booth space at our markets.

STEP 1: Confirm your group/organization qualifies for space at the market.

We are interested in hosting groups and organizations that meet the following criteria:

  • Must be non-profit and or community-serving.
  • Local connection, or particular relevance, to the market’s neighborhood.
  • Significant focus on a topic related to the local food system and farms or other aspects of PFM’s mission, vision, and values.
  • Political advocacy for issues directly related to Oregon and SW Washington farmers.

Please note we allow religious organizations to conduct education and outreach with non-religious messages.

STEP 2: Learn more about groups/organizations at market policies.

  • There is no fee for groups/organizations offered booth space at our farmers markets.
  • All groups/organizations must submit an interest form to be considered for a booth space at the market.
  • We are only offering booth space at our three neighborhood markets.
    • We can occasionally accommodate groups/organizations at our PSU and Shemanski Park Farmers Markets; however, our neighborhood markets are the priority.
  • Groups/organizations may be scheduled for one date per season at each neighborhood market, as space allows.
