Final Winter Market of 2016

Spring is coming! This week marks the last of our winter market. Next week, the market will return to its full footprint and regular hours. That means you have one last chance to savor the simplicity of the smaller footprint and for those of you who like to arrive bright and early, one more chance to sleep in an extra half an hour.

It’s also your last chance to savor the deliciousness from Two Tarts Bakery. Owner Elizabeth Beekley is closing up shop, trading her baking schedule for a more relaxed one that comes with retirement. Her last day with us is today. Two Tarts has been with PFM for more than nine years and while we’re sad to see her go, we are grateful to say she has been part of the PFM family.

This week will see the normal rotation of vendors in and out for this time of the season. This continues to a certain degree throughout the year, as many of our vendors have an alternate schedule or simply don’t have enough product to come to market. If you have a favorite vendor and want to know when they’ll be at PSU, head on over to the PSU market page and view the interactive vendor map for more information.
