Today we are also welcoming @creolemeup to the PSU Today we are also welcoming @creolemeup to the PSU market! Owner and founder Elsy created Creole Me Up after battling food allergies for many years and saw a need for more allergen-free products. All of her food products are free of eggs, gluten, dairy, processed sugar, corn, soy, and soy derivatives. Elsy has also self-published two cookbooks (third coming soon) and teaches Haitian cooking classes online!

The Quiche Me If You Can menu varies seasonally and uses only the freshest of ingredients. They use pasture raised eggs, organic dairy products, and sustainably grown local produce.
