Businesses with value-added products have priority if at least 25% of the ingredients used in the products are sourced directly from Oregon and SW Washington farms, with preference given to participating PFM farm vendors. PFM considers local sourcing to be the farm-direct purchasing of locally grown or raised, raw agricultural products, which does not include local distributors, such as Bob's Red Mill and Glory Bee. Please give specific examples of where you source, or plan to source, your ingredients.
