Copies of the cookbook will be available for purchase so that you can bring home inspiration for vegetable-forward dishes year-round! \n\n\n\nJoin us to meet the author\, get a signed book\, enjoy a sample of the recipe\, and shop the market for fresh regional produce and locally made food from over 120 vendors. \n\n\n\nThis recipe demo and book signing event is generously supported by Snow Peak and Vivienne Culinary Books. \n\n\n\nIf you can’t make it to the market this Saturday\, you can catch Pierce on Sunday night for a menu collaboration at Takibi on NW 23rd – RSVP here. \n\n\n\nYou can also pick up a signed copy at Vivienne Culinary Books on NE Alberta. \n\n\n\nAbout Pierce \n\n\n\nPierce Abernathy is a cook\, recipe developer\, content creator\, and slow-food advocate based in New York. An auteur of the food content revolution\, his work\, rooted in seasonality and whole-ingredient cooking\, reflects a deep respect for ecological systems and culinary heritage. \n\n\n\nLargely self-taught\, Abernathy’s path in the kitchen has been shaped by curiosity\, a reverence for the rhythms of the seasons\, and his Armenian heritage.
