On Saturday, October 12, from 10am-1pm we’re dishing up our first ever Cookbook Fest at the PSU Market. You’ll have the chance to meet your favorite Portland chefs and authors, who will be on hand with their latest books. Stop by to chat with the authors, purchase signed books for yourself or as gifts, watch cooking demos, take home recipes, and enjoy sample dishes from their new cookbooks.
