Since 2022, the Matthew Choi Farmers Market Grant has supported 44 beginning farmers and food entrepreneurs as they launch and grow their businesses. That means new faces, new flavors, and more small food businesses for our shoppers to discover and cheer on. Matt and his mother started Choi's Kimchi Co. at the PSU Farmers Market in 2011. His generosity and commitment to our market community continue to inspire us, and this grant carries that spirit forward.
