Everyone is invited to stop by the Chef's booth to see Deepak's culinary expertise and learn about the local ingredients he uses. You will also have the opportunity to sample the dish and ask the chef questions! About the Chef: Deepak Saxena is a tech industry escapee who decided to follow his passion for cooking in 2015 and open the award-winning DesiPDX food cart, serving "Local Fare with Indian Flair" and highlighting the best of Pacific Northwest ingredients and using Indian spices and techniques to create new dishes.
