  • Kaphiy Roasters: A small, passionate Portland-based coffee roaster dedicated to sourcing and roasting the finest beans from Peru, crafting small-batch roasts that showcase the unique flavors of single-origin coffees. committed to sustainability and supporting women coffee farmers. Find them at the market every other week throughout the season.
  • Rosa’s Nuyorican: Experience a vegan remix of Puerto Rican soul food with NYC flavors! This local hot food business is owned & operated by two friends who are combining their cultures, traditions, and experiences to create unique dishes. Using local ingredients sourced from local farms, Rosa’s Nuyorican cooking blends the best of both worlds: hearty comfort food with fresh, seasonal produce. Find them at the market every week throughout the season.
  • Salsa del Barrio: A husband-and-wife venture established in 2022, Salsa del Barrio was inspired by their love for salsa macha in Mexico. Their small-batch salsa macha, made from dried chilies, nuts, seeds, and dried fruit, is gluten-free and high in protein. Find them at the market on the last Wednesday of the month through the season.
  • Shroomlandia: Owned & operated by two friendly neighborhood FUN-GUYS, this new grows a variety of gourmet mushrooms at their farm in North Portland. In addition to freshly harvested mushrooms, they offer a range of wellness and culinary products crafted from their mushrooms and DIY grow kits. Find them at the market weekly through the season.
  • Sunao: Owned and operated by a woman born and raised in Peru, Sunao serves as a bridge between Peruvian cacao farmers and Portland consumers. Their chocolates are made using cacao freshly harvested each month in the Amazonas region of Peru, ensuring exceptional quality and authenticity. Find them at the market every week through the season.
