Salt & Straw will pop up the PSU Farmers Market on Saturday, August 16 from 8:30 am – 2 pm, bringing their Farmers Market series of ice cream flavors directly to the source of its inspiration.

Salt & Straw’s Farmer’s Market Series is an ode to the playful creativity and inspiration that can be found at a local farmer’s market. From tiny tomatoes to glossy green zucchinis, ripe stone fruit and the scent of melons enough to stop shoppers in their tracks, Salt & Straw proves just about anything can be churned into a delightful scoop.
