Everyone is invited to stop by the Chef’s booth to see his culinary expertise and learn about the local ingredients he uses. You can also sample the recipe and ask questions!

About the Chef:
Deepak Saxena is a tech industry escapee who decided to follow his passion for cooking in 2015 and open the award-winning DesiPDX food cart serving “Local Fare with Indian Flair” and highlighting the best of NW ingredients and using Indian spices and techniques to create new dishes.
