About the Chef:
Althea Grey Potter has been cooking in Portland for 15 years, with an unwavering focus on highlighting the best produce from local farms. She is inspired by the world around her and the beautiful offerings at Portland’s farmers markets. She currently operates a pop-up restaurant, Bar Nouveau, in St. Johns, North Portland.
