Welcome Clark Family Farm to King Farmers Market! Welcome Clark Family Farm to King Farmers Market! Clark Family Farm is a small, family-run farm in La Center, Washington. They specialize in goat's milk body products (such as lotion, body wash & face cream), with a focus on the care and well-being of all their working and rescue animals who live on the farm. All the milk used in their products comes directly from their happy goats, raised and loved on their farm. In each jar and bottle, you'll find simple, all-natural ingredients that are good for your skin and the earth. Their products have helped customers who have struggled with a range of skin issues, including acne, rosacea, eczema, and dermatitis. They are proud to share the gift of happy, healthy skin. Clark Family Farm will be at King Farmers Market this Sunday and monthly throughout the season. We are thrilled to have this local hot food business, owned & operated by two friends, who are combining their cultures, traditions, and experiences to create unique dishes. (i.e., leek mofongo made with smashed plantains, onions & garlic and smoky rice paper chicharrón) Using local ingredients sourced from local farms, Rosa's Nuyorican cooking blends the best of both worlds: hearty comfort food with fresh, seasonal produce. Their menu rotates seasonally, fusing East Coast and tropical flavors with local Northwest produce and grains. This local passionate coffee roaster is dedicated to sourcing and roasting the finest beans from Peru's Andes Mountains. Owned and operated by a Peruvian woman, Kaphiy crafts small-batch roasts that highlight the unique flavors of single-origin coffees. The business is committed to sustainability and supporting women coffee farmers in Peru. Stop by their booth this Wednesday to experience the art of coffee craftsmanship by the cup or by the bag! This Saturday, Portland State University is hosting two graduation ceremonies for its School of Business, which will take place during our market operating hours. Join us in extending heartfelt congratulations to all the PSU graduates! To make room for ceremony attendees and minimize disruptions for shoppers, vendors who are typically located in front of the Viking Pavilion will be relocated to the nearby spots: 🥬Sunrise Organic Farm will be in front of Shattuck Hall to the south of Gathering Together Farm. 🍪Orange & Blossom will be to the north of Gathering Together Farm near SW College.
