Please welcome these local small farm and food businesses, sample their offerings, and support these exciting additions to the market.

  • A-Okay Bakers: This Lents-based bakery offers a variety of baked goods, including sandwich bread, gluten-free chocolate muffins, vegan cinnamon & chocolate swirl loaves, and granola. They also specialize in Sweet Gata bread, a traditional Armenian pastry that is slightly sweet and buttery, featuring a thin layer of walnut filling. Find them at the market every week throughout the season.
  • Alleamin African Kitchen: Alleamin creates authentic Somali dishes that delight your taste buds. Enjoy succulent chicken & rice, crispy sambusas filled with meat or veg, savory sauces, and fresh fruit juice. Find them at the market every week throughout the season.
  • Cosmopolis Coffee: A small local coffee roasting business dedicated to purchasing beans from small farmers and cooperatives in Colombia, committed to sustainable agriculture. The owner has ancestral ties to Colombia, as his great-uncle was a coffee farmer in Tolima. Find them at the market every other week through the season.
  • Cultivating Seeds Farm: Part of Outgrowing Hunger‘s Farm Accelerator Program in Boring, Oregon, this local farm grows seasonal fruit and vegetables. Find them at the market weekly through the season.

In addition to freshly harvested mushrooms, they offer a range of wellness and culinary products crafted from their mushrooms and DIY grow kits. Find them at the market weekly through the season.
  • Sunao: Owned and operated by a woman born and raised in Peru, Sunao serves as a bridge between Peruvian cacao farmers and Portland consumers. Their chocolates are made using cacao freshly harvested each month in the Amazonas region of Peru, ensuring exceptional quality and authenticity. Find them at the market every week through the season.
  • Sunrise Organic Farm: A longtime vendor at PSU and Shemanski Park Farmers Markets, we are excited to have Sunrise join us at Lents! This farm was founded by two brothers who are passionate about agriculture and are dedicated to providing the community with fresh, locally grown produce. They share a love for farming and aim to connect with a community that appreciates quality, fresh food. Find them at the market every week through the season.
  • Waddle Woods Farm: This 28-acre local farm pasture raises heritage cross hogs on a natural diet of produce and spent brewery grain. Their locally USDA-processed meat includes over 30 selections, such as meat, sausage, chops, ribs, hams, and pork belly. Find them at the market every week through the season.
