Truffle Infusions offers high-quality, fresh native Oregon black and white truffles, along with delicious nuts, butters, and oils that they infuse themselves.

Every week from January to March, Truffle Infusions venture into the forests with their specially trained Lagotto Romagnolo dogs—a breed renowned for truffle hunting—to harvest these culinary treasures. They forage in forests leased from landowners, providing them with income from forest products and encouraging sustainable practices to reforest and preserve trees. Be sure to stop by their booth to experience the enchanting aroma of truffles and shop their products to elevate your dishes!

Ka Chai welcomes everyone to enjoy their cup of chai and connect with the community through conversation.

Experience the rich culture of Indian chai with owner Santosh, who is dedicated to providing shoppers with an authentic and flavorful experience. Ka Chai‘s traditional Indian chai is made from a blend of tea leaves and spices, including ginger, cardamom, star anise, cinnamon, carom seeds, pepper, and cloves, reflecting Santosh’s Indian heritage. Then the spice mixture is blended with locally sourced cow’s milk and slowly simmered to enhance its complex flavors.

We are thrilled to welcome Sun Moon Fields this season through our partnership with the Headwaters Farm Incubator Program.

This program, through East Multnomah Soil and Water Conservation District, serves as a launchpad for new farm businesses with limited resources by providing participants with affordable access to farmland, equipment, peer networks and other important resources in Gresham, Oregon.
Sun Moon Fields is a queer, Latinx-owned & operated micro-farm specializing in mixed vegetables. Farmer Tara focuses on Mesoamerican crops that honor their Mexican heritage on their father’s side. Additionally, they create and sell value-added farm products, including dried flowers, dried peppers, herbal tea, and seasoning salt.

Welcome Sun Love Farm, a woman-owned, 3-acre Certified Naturally Grown diverse vegetable farm to the market!

Oregon City-based Sun Love Farm grows its produce in accordance with organic standards, with a strong focus on soil health. They utilize cover crops to enhance fertility, plant flowers to attract pollinators, and never use chemical pesticides or fertilizers.
Furthermore, most of their work is accomplished using hand tools, walk-behind tractors, and a trusty 1989 Toyota pickup. Their favorite vegetables to grow include carrots, purple daikon radishes, sugar snap peas, and tomatoes.
Sun Love Farm will be at PSU Farmers Market every other Saturday through the winter season.
Chonghi Pizza combines Asian-inspired flavors, hyper-local veggies and humor to create delicious memorable pies.

Named after their good buddy, Chonghi Pizza is owned and operated by Dillon and Jen. They specialize in “sort-of” Neapolitan-style pizza, featuring Asian-inspired flavors that reflect the diverse tastes they grew up with in Hawai’i. They also use seasonal produce sourced directly from the market’s farm vendors.
Their menu features traditional options like cheese, margherita, and pepperoni, as well as their signature pizza, The Chonghi. This unique creation features gochujang cream sauce, garlic, mozzarella, provolone, either sausage or tofu crumbles, soy vinaigrette, onions, and togarashi (a Japanese seven-flavor chili blend).
Chonghi also offers rotating pizza specials with amusing names that highlight their innovative flavors (Matsu Yoda, K.G. Royale with Cheese, Mr. Tone Capone, We Schruted It – pictured, Sounds Like Baloney, etc).
Chonghi Pizza will be at PSU Farmers Market every Saturday through the end of March.
