Today, we warmly bid farewell to Katy Kolker, our Today, we warmly bid farewell to Katy Kolker, our Executive Director at Portland Farmers Market (PFM), as she embarks on a new chapter after five years of leadership. We want to take this opportunity to celebrate her accomplishments and express our heartfelt gratitude for her service to PFM and the broader community. Katy joined us in 2021 during the pandemic, demonstrating remarkable resilience and innovation. She successfully launched vendor support programs, expanded food access partnerships, increased grant revenue, and made notable improvements in staff retention and compensation. Katy is leaving PFM to pursue consulting work that will allow her to serve the nonprofit sector more broadly while also spending more time with her family. Thank you, Katy, for your commitment, compassion, and vision over the past five years. Your leadership has made a meaningful difference, and we are truly grateful for your contributions.
