We are looking for talented artists to perform music, dance, and other forms of entertainment at the Lents International and Kenton Farmers Markets this season. This grant aims to reduce financial barriers for aspiring or beginning farmers market vendors, specifically focusing on small business owners from underrepresented communities at farmers markets with a cultural connection to the products they grow or produce. We are delighted to have Chonghi Pizza at PSU Farm We are delighted to have Chonghi Pizza at PSU Farmers Market! Chonghi Pizza is owned and operated by Dillon and Jen. They specialize in "sort-of" Neapolitan-style pizza, featuring Asian-inspired flavors that reflect the diverse tastes they grew up with in Hawai'i. They also use seasonal produce sourced directly from the market's farm vendors. Their menu features traditional options like cheese, margherita, and pepperoni pizzas, as well as their signature pizza, Chonghi. This unique creation features gochujang cream sauce, garlic, mozzarella, provolone, either sausage or tofu crumbles, soy vinaigrette, onions, and togarashi (a Japanese seven-flavor chili blend). Additionally, they offer rotating pizza specials with amusing names that highlight their innovative flavors (Matsu Yoda, K.G. Royale with Cheese, Mr. Tone Capone, We Schruted It, Sounds Like Baloney, etc). Please visit their booth this Saturday to find out about their specials and to experience what farmers market regulars and local foodies have been raving about first-hand! Chonghi Pizza will be at PSU Farmers Market every Saturday through the end of March. You can find them in the "Hot Food" row on SW Harrison.

Presented by the Pacific Northwest Truffle Collaborative and our market vendor, Truffle Connection PNW, this special free event will showcase trained dogs showcasing their amazing skills in finding the elusive native Oregon truffles. Truffle hunting is not only an enjoyable activity for people, but it also provides a highly enriching experience for dogs. It engages their instincts, offers mental stimulation, and strengthens the bond between dogs and their owners! Whether you're curious about truffle hunting, want tips on training your own furry friend, or are seeking some delicious cooking ideas with truffles, this fun demo is for you!
