We are thrilled to announce the 16 local farms and food businesses joining PSU Farmers Market!

There is something for everyone, from chile crisp to salsa to fresh oysters to oyster mushrooms:
- Al Xile PDX: A local family-owned business dedicated to sharing the rich traditions of Mexican cuisine through their handcrafted chile crisp. (Find them 2nd Saturday of every month at PSU.)
- Alleamin African Kitchen: Creating authentic Somalian dishes like chicken & rice, sambusas that delight your taste buds. (Find them weekly at PSU.)
- Brown Bottle Farm: A women-owned farm in Mulino, Oregon specializing in year-round indoor and outdoor cultivation of over 15 varieties of gourmet mushrooms. (Find them weekly at PSU.)
- Camron Ridge Farmstead: A small farm located in Jefferson, Oregon dedicated to growing high-quality produce using sustainable and organic practices and crafting nutritious and delicious breads, baked goods and value-added products. (Find them weekly at PSU.)
- Chio: Artisanal pistachio spreads made with premium, sustainably sourced pistachios. Packed with heart-healthy fats and protein and free from artificial additives. (Find them 3rd Saturday of every month at PSU.)
- Diaspora Coffee & Chai Co: A small batch chai maker from Northeast India. (Find them 4th Saturday of every month at PSU.)
- La Oveja Negra: A POC and Latina-owned company crafting small-batch salsas combining Southern roots and Mexican heritage and using high-quality ingredients sourced from local farmers. (Find them 3rd Saturday of every month at PSU.)
- Oak Flat Vineyards: A 10-acre sustainable vineyard growing grapes and making Rhone-style wines in the Columbia Gorge. (Find them weekly at PSU.)
- Okome Kitchen: Crafting Amazake, a fermented rice drink, that is deeply rooted in the owners’ Japanese culture and heritage. (Find them 4th Saturday of every month at PSU.)
- Olde Moon Farm: A small farm in Silverton committed to taking great care in growing varieties based on flavor and nutrition, harvesting and processing produce at its peak, and bringing it to market as fresh as possible. (Find them weekly at PSU.)
- Oran Mor Artisan Mead: Dedicated to hand-crafting mead inspired by ancient traditions, this Roseburg-based meadery uses local honey blended with seasonal fruits, flowers, and herbs. (Find them biweekly at PSU.)
- Oso Honey Farm: From the heart of the Willamette Valley to the coastal tidelands of the Yaquina River Estuary, beekeeper Henry Storch brings a wide array of raw varietal honey harvested from Pacific Northwest adapted honeybees. (Find them weekly at PSU.)
- Oyster Grower.com: Husband and wife team growing oysters in the cool Pacific waters of the Oregon Coast in Florence. (Find them biweekly at PSU.)
- Rice Thief: Inspired by her childhood, Chef Anna Lee prepares Korean dishes from scratch using quality local seasonal ingredients. (Find them weekly at PSU.)
- Tala: A small company crafting authentic Ethiopian spiced tea blends and hot sauces at the base of Mt Hood. (Find them biweekly at PSU.)
- Vissers Endive: Two farmers from the Netherlands continuing their family legacy of growing beautiful organic Belgian Endive. in Silverton. (Find them weekly at PSU.)
